About the Role
Supervises collections activities within a division to achieve safety and operational goals, fostering an environment for team engagement and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Provides leadership to the operations team and develops team members.
- Oversees drivers and helpers to ensure safety and operational goals are met.
- Partners with management to implement tactical initiatives for functional excellence.
- Performs onboarding procedures for new drivers.
- Monitors and coaches driver performance, recommending training as needed.
- Investigates accidents, disputes, and complaints, ensuring proper documentation.
- Creates logistical plans to improve route efficiency and density.
- Participates in training and other duties to support company vision and mission.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Clean CDL.
- OSHA 10 or 30 card.
- Legally eligible to work in the US.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion.
