About the Role

Join EY’s Financial Services Consulting team where you will play a hands-on role in delivering innovation, transformation, and exceptional value for clients. EY partners with Banking, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management firms to navigate complex change across technology and operations, delivering programs that unlock value, manage risk, and enable innovation.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of transformation projects to optimize business value, partnering with clients to implement change across systems, processes, and operating models.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations to support outcomes being delivered on time and within scope.
• Contribute to project planning, status reporting, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Apply delivery frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to suit the needs of different projects and programs from the simplest to the most complex.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in delivering projects/programs involving technology transformation, preferably within the financial services environment.
• At least 5 years of solid experience as a Business Analyst, demonstrating a proven track record in technology transformation delivery, project management, or program support within consulting roles in the financial services industry.
• Exceptional capacity for effective collaboration within diverse and inclusive teams, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes and engaging stakeholders across both business and technology domains.
• Outstanding organizational skills, exemplary communication abilities, and proven problem-solving acumen.
