About the Role
This role supports the West Order Treatment team by processing customer orders, coordinating execution, and collaborating on ordering decisions to ensure service excellence and healthy inventory levels.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with inventory availability, transportation capacity, and service expectations.
- Partner closely with Transportation, Warehousing, Commercial, and broader Supply Chain teams to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer buyers and key contacts through effective order planning, strong communication, and proactive collaboration.
- Serve as a key point of coordination across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, risks, constraints, and action plans.
- Identify and resolve order exceptions, short ships, inventory constraints, and service risks to minimize disruption and maintain service levels.
- Maintain daily and weekly reporting related to order treatment and translate data into clear insights and actions for stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage key order treatment KPIs, including service level, OTIF, and WPS. Ensure that month-end closes align with committed volumes.
- Own the deployment of import SKUs across the West region. Develop and manage deployment plans to balance supply availability and site inventory requirements based on forecasts.
Requirements
- University degree
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- High degree of self-motivation and ownership
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Excel and experience working with large datasets and reports
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, customer service, order management, or inventory planning is considered an asset
- Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems, as well as knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools, is considered an asset but not required
