About the Role
Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP is seeking an experienced and resourceful Manager or Senior Manager of Business Development Strategy to support the Finance & Restructuring practice. This role will focus on developing and executing strategic business development and marketing initiatives to drive firm growth and enhance its reputation.
Responsibilities
- Plan, support, and implement business development activities to expand the firm's business and reputation.
- Advise lawyers on effective client pitch strategies.
- Conduct research and analysis.
- Create compelling proposals and pitch materials.
- Manage strategic events.
- Complete lawyer directory and league table submissions.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in professional services or law firm business development.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Collegial, collaborative, and team player attributes.
- Self-starter who thrives on juggling numerous high visibility projects on fast timetables.
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments.
- Strong to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Some knowledge of applications specific to the legal field.
