About the Role

We are currently looking for a Quality Engineer (m/f/d) to join our Quality Team at our Berlin-Zehlendorf location.
Responsibilities
- Monitor quality performance in logistics-related processes
- Investigate quality issues related to distribution, transport, and handling
- Support complaint management, damage handling, and quality-related communication with logistics interfaces
- Define, coordinate, and track corrective and preventive actions
- Identify recurring quality issues and drive systematic improvements
- Support process improvements in distribution, freight, and logistics operations
- Maintain and enhance KPI systems within the logistics department
- Ensure proper documentation of investigations, actions, and quality decisions
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in a technical or logistics-related field
- Experience in quality assurance, particularly in logistics or distribution environments, ideally in an industrial setting
- Knowledge of root cause analysis and problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, PSP)
- Experience in complaint handling, damage processing, or interfaces with suppliers, logistics providers, or internal departments is a plus
- Analytical and structured working style
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
