About the Role

As a Retail Sales Representative (RSLREP), you will be the connection between the customer and the T-Mobile brand in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You will have a passion for the wireless industry, understanding products and pricing plans, and creating lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service, including greeting customers, answering phones, and assessing needs.
• Drive monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts, maximizing existing accounts, identifying revenue opportunities, and excelling in quality metrics.
• Build relationships with TCC Wireless employees and customers across all business channels.
• Assist with store operations, including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain store appearance, back room, restrooms, and individual work area according to retail store standards.
• Explore customer needs and provide support with service activations, changes, bill payments, equipment replacement, accessory sales, and plan upgrades.
• Achieve assigned performance metrics.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to problem-solve, analyze results, plan for the future, and make good decisions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time on the sales floor.
• Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
