About the Role
We are actively looking for In Home Sales Representatives to join our team! Our ideal candidate is an ambitious individual with a strong work ethic that takes great pride in their work! This person must have a high sense of urgency to give clients a positive experience while achieving sales targets. This job is about people, and spending time as a sales professional out in the field.
Responsibilities
- Running appointments
- Performing ride-along appointments
- Conducting roof & attic inspections
- Attending weekly sales meetings
- Continued training with teammates
- Ensuring an excellent customer service experience
Requirements
- Must be comfortable walking on roof
- Self- motivated
- Able to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Can lift/carry 50-80 lbs.
- Be able to demonstrate mastery of our sales system
- Clean driving record, required
- Background check, required

- $100,000 - $250,000 / year
