About the Role
The Talent Operations Coordinator provides broad support across Talent Operations, managing new hire communications, I-9 processes, employee data, and supporting onboarding and offboarding activities. This role also serves as a backup for orientation and other employee experience initiatives, ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional seeking exposure to multiple HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist HR Generalists and Managers with day-to-day HR processes and employee lifecycle activities for all Markets as needed.
- Manage I-9 completion and verification, ensuring compliance with federal requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate new hire communications, paperwork, and onboarding logistics.
- Support hiring managers, IT, Payroll, and departments to ensure a smooth start for new employees.
- Prepare new hire packets and data entry.
- Maintain the HR Hub with current forms, policies, process guides, and resources.
- Assist with HR projects, audits, reporting, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with HRIS/ATS preferred.

Education Level
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
