About the Role

Tower Water, a water treatment company, is seeking reliable and adaptable individuals for temporary, entry-level positions to support busy seasons. This role offers a changing schedule and the potential for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Technicians with tower cleanings and disinfections.
• Assist Technicians to flush, clean, and treat piping systems using specialized equipment and chemicals.
• Connect hoses to simple systems.
• Run make-up & drain and disconnect them.
• Rolling of hoses.
• Load and unload work van.
• Other related tasks as directed by Technician or Field Manager.
• Submit to pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a physical.

Requirements

• Must have work boots and pants.
• Ability to lift 40-70 pounds.
• Work in high locations (not afraid of heights).
• Work in inclement weather/conditions (33°F to 102°F).
• Reliable and willing to meet the technician as early as 5:00 a.m. to travel to jobsites.
• Exhibits a "can-do" attitude in all facets of the business.
• Understands the value of reputation.

Salary/Compensations

• $22.00 per hour
• Guarantee of 25 hours per week
• Overtime after 40 hours
• Saturdays paid at overtime rate
• Sundays paid at double-time
• $1,000 Bonus for completing the season with perfect attendance and zero injuries
