About the Role
This position leads the growth of external case management learning experiences, ensuring the design and execution of high-quality professional learning and instruction. The role identifies and cultivates local and regional audiences to expand the reach of the Case Management Studio, leveraging marketing and communications to connect training opportunities with participants and organizations, and building sustained relationships.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality training and learning experiences aligned to case management practices, standards, and institutional priorities.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual workshops, institutes, and learning sessions using adult learning and participatory facilitation strategies.
- Design and moderate virtual communities of practice for case managers to support ongoing learning, peer connection, and knowledge sharing.
- Identify and engage community and regional partners as prospective participants in case management training through targeted outreach and relationship building.
- Utilize marketing and communications tools to promote training and support registration goals.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to training delivery, participation, and engagement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and outreach efforts using participation data, feedback, and outcome measures, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Develops and manages an online repository of professional development resources and materials.
- Responsible for developing processes for managing requests to participate in external professional development activities.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to leverage specialized content and programming that align with professional development needs.
- All employees are required to complete a minimum of 19 hours.
- Perform other duties not listed as assigned.
- Work extended hours beyond the regular 8:00am to 5:00pm workday schedule during heavy registration peak times including occasional nights and weekends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience; degree in social work, education, sociology, or a related field.
- Professional experience in case management and/or developing curriculum and delivering professional development or training to adult learners.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate learning experiences, workshops, or trainings for professional or practitioner audiences.
- Experience using marketing and communications tools, including social media, web, email, newsletter platforms, registration platforms to promote events and programs.
- Experience in project management including use of project management digital tools to coordinate and track work.
- Experience in evaluating programs or continuous improvement processes.
- Ability to analyze feedback and participation data to make improvements.
- Ability to use virtual facilitation tools for interactive learning (PowerPoint, Microsoft teams, Zoom, video recording platforms).
- Will be subject to a criminal background check. Some positions may be subject to a fingerprint check.
Skills
- Ability to plan, facilitate, and deliver engaging professional development training.
- Strong knowledge of case management practices, standards, and student or client centered approaches
- Ability to organize, track, maintain accurate records and reports related to training participation and effectiveness.
- Strong outreach and relationship building skills with the ability to engage new external partners and stakeholders
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Self-directed, with excellent project management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and writing skills and an ability to effectively communicate complex ideas with clarity and precision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills using collaboration, tact, patience, and courtesy.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred.
