About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant at DaVita, you’ll be a part of a Team that values work-life balance and where your personal and professional growth is a top priority. DaVita has an open position for an Administrative Assistant in the hospital and outpatient settings, who is looking to provide administrative support to a Team while making a difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices and purchase orders.
- Assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments.
Requirements
- Personable individual with excellent computer and clerical skills (Microsoft Office).
- Type 60 WPM
- High school diploma or GED.
- Obtained their CMS- approved Patient Care Technician (PCT) certification and at times operates as a PCT.
