About the Role

As an employee-owned distributor of natural and organic, specialty, and fresh products, KeHE is committed to making a positive impact and scaling its success. This role is crucial for executing major store setting and resetting objectives to support company sales and marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide input on the development and execution of planograms and store set design documents.
• Plan and coordinate timely product deliveries to support setups and major resets.
• Communicate project planning and status updates to customer merchandising teams, store personnel, and management.
• Assist with merchandising proposals as directed by the merchandising manager.
• Provide sales rep vacation coverage when needed.
• Manage travel-related expenses cost-effectively and efficiently.
• Perform other related activities as assigned.
• Comply with established company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Ability and willingness to travel to customer locations daily and periodically to assignments outside the region.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
• Ability to perform repetitive bending and lifting of up to 75 pounds, sometimes in crowded quarters.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both customer and company personnel.
• Demonstrated strong time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including anticipating and preventing problems.
• Demonstrated ability to work productively and effectively as part of a team.
