Koeppel Auto Group is seeking Business Development Representatives to join their team. They are looking for smart, engaging, creative, and dynamic individuals who want to join a team where they matter. Responsibilities

• Reach out to and follow up with prospective customers.
• Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers.
• Connect new customers with appropriate sales team member.
• Work with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online.
• Proactively build out prospecting network.
• Log all activity in a CRM.
• Meet and exceed goals each month and quarter.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Time management, prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license.
