You will act as a champion of our culture and a trusted partner to the business.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to align on requisitions, scorecards, and timelines, providing consultative support.
  • Post vacancies and manage applications through our ATS (UKG Pro), and handle all incoming TA requests via Jira.
  • Prioritize critical roles and balance competing demands across multiple open requisitions.
  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to anticipate long-term hiring needs and strengthen our employer brand.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, including turnover and time-to-fill, to continuously refine your approach.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate files and TA reporting, and produce weekly recruitment updates.
  • Support new hire onboarding in collaboration with the broader HR team.
  • Represent GroupHEALTH at job fairs and networking events.
  • Contribute to the development of the annual recruitment strategy and budget.
  • Lead and support Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, either in-house or in an agency setting.
  • Proficiency with an ATS (UKG Pro preferred) and the MS Office Suite.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to act as a strategic advisor to client groups.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • A genuine passion for delivering a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
