About the Role
The Client Services team is responsible for the creative output of client campaigns, ensuring smooth project execution and overseeing the entire campaign process. They act as the central resource, facilitating collaboration between expert teams and specialist partners to bring brand visions to life, while also managing client relationships, creator partnerships, budgets, and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, creator partnerships, budgets, and timings.
- Act as a central resource, bringing in the right expertise at the right time.
- Facilitate client retention and satisfaction through quality creative output and excellent operational standards.
- Source, gather information, and vet creators across multiple platforms.
- Build strong relationships with creators throughout a campaign cycle and beyond.
- Develop and issue creator briefs, immersing creators into the campaign.
- Lead day-to-day communications for content development.
- Review all creator content for compliance, brief alignment, and quality.
- Create an efficient feedback loop back to creators.
- Create and maintain a posting schedule for campaign content.
- Monitor live posts for accuracy and negative sentiment.
- Work closely with the Manager on overall campaign success, including tracking, timeline management, budget management, data capture, and wrap reports.
- Act as a cultural pulse of the creator economy, consuming and presenting trends and new discoveries.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in the creator and influencer landscape.
- Affinity for social media, content creators, or related experience is a plus.
- Strong detail-oriented, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and curious mindset with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, flexible, and scrappy environment.
