About the Role

You will provide administrative support across daily logistics operations, help maintain strong relationships with logistics partners, support supplier performance tracking, keep import and export compliance documentation organized, and resolve freight billing discrepancies.

Clear communicator with internal teams, carriers, brokers, and 3PL partners.
Eager to build skills in logistics operations, carrier management, and trade documentation.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
0–2 years in administrative, customer service, or entry-level office work; logistics experience a plus.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
ERP familiarity like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is helpful.
High attention to detail, strong communication, and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Applicant must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology.
