About the Role
As an Account Associate, you will be responsible for research, account planning, and creating client-ready materials to support an Account Executive's book of business. This role is embedded within the AE's daily workflow, acting as a key collaborator and the connective tissue for successful account management and growth.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end research and account planning for your assigned Account Executive's book.
- Drive opportunity preparation in close collaboration with your AE to ensure client conversations are well-prepared.
- Build client-ready decks and reports that synthesize information for actionable insights.
- Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts based on research.
- Liaise with operational and delivery teams, including client-side project managers, to understand on-the-ground activities.
- Coordinate internal team efforts required for each account, serving as a liaison between the AE and the execution teams.
- Take ownership of judgment calls and strategic decisions, functioning akin to a chief-of-staff for the AE.
- Learn the sales process and develop sales skills on the job, with potential for increased client-facing responsibilities.

- Demonstrated diligence and follow-through on commitments under pressure.
- Ability to manage the full lifecycle from research and synthesis to client-facing materials and follow-through.
- A builder's mindset, comfortable defining next steps in an evolving role.
- Openness to learning the sales process on the job.
- Exceptional written communication skills, capable of transforming scattered inputs into clear deliverables.
- Interest in eventually moving toward more client-facing or sales-oriented work is a plus.
