About the Role
As a Desk Clerk, you are often the first point of contact for residents and visitors, helping create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment within the community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the well-being of residents. Responsibilities
- Welcome residents and visitors while providing exceptional customer service.
- Monitor building access and maintain accurate visitor logs.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking detailed and accurate messages.
- Conduct routine property patrols to help maintain a safe community environment.
- Communicate important information to property staff and appropriate authorities as needed.
- Respond appropriately in emergency situations by contacting emergency services.
- Support a respectful, secure, and inclusive living environment for residents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- General office, front desk, customer service, hospitality, or security experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain professional and calm in a variety of situations.
- Commitment to serving diverse communities with compassion and respect.
