About the Role

Park Place Student Housing Apartments is now hiring for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete residential service requests promptly.
• Resolve maintenance issues including electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market readiness through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain grounds, including snow removal, cleaning, and common area upkeep.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of onsite experience.
• Experience in multifamily properties.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance and repairs (electrical, mechanical, carpentry, locksmith, painting, room turns, general repairs).
• Possess valid identification.
• Must be energetic and self-motivated.
