About the Role
Responsible for becoming familiar with, and participating in, Northtown’s sales processes to help create an extraordinary customer experience for your assigned Sales Consultant. Assist in tasks pertaining to sales, delivery, and service needs in a timely and organized manner to ensure each customer has that extraordinary customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Learn features and functions of each vehicle as well as benefits of different makes and models.
- Assist each customer to determine best vehicle options based on needs and wants.
- Present new vehicles to customers with focus on the interior and technology features, as well as providing demonstrations of those features.
- Learn, understand and execute the vehicle delivery process (including paperwork).
- Create a relationship and gain the trust of customers.
- Distinguish Northtown vs. competitors and what sets us apart from others.
- Remove snow from vehicles and shovel as necessary.
- Track/report daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
Requirements
- Valid in-state driver’s license.
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, both verbal and written.
- Ability to operate smart phone, tablet and/or PC.
- Will stand and move throughout the dealership facility for most of the shift.
- Will spend time outdoors and indoors.
- Will require lifting up to 25 lbs.
- At times, will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes and other potentially hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
- Specific Evening, holiday and weekend work hours will be required.
