About the Role

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end product life cycle, including market research, competitor analysis, pricing, strategy development, and modernizing product offerings to deliver a unified customer experience. The Cross-Product Experience and Growth team focuses on developing client experiences and features to drive revenue growth, client engagement, and operational excellence. This specific role will lead initiatives from development to execution for offers experiences and modernization portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies and creates comprehensive plans for product development and deployment, including supporting sales training and marketing materials.
  • Oversees a set of products and maintains financials, including managing investment profiles and P&L activities.
  • Provides information on product trends to sales and marketing teams.
  • Identifies opportunities to streamline or enhance product offerings to fit client needs.
  • Manages risk through implementing and monitoring effective controls.
  • Partners with internal stakeholders to develop products that solve client needs.
  • Leads and oversees a set of experiences, products or initiatives from development through execution.
  • Measures impact and ensures flawless execution of experiences, strategies or initiatives.
  • Obtains, monitors and analyzes insights into markets, clients, industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Serves as subject matter expert on offer experience and product trends for partner teams.
  • Creates comprehensive strategic or tactical plans for experience, product or initiative development and deployment.
  • Drives growth and operational excellence by enhancing the client experience, maximizing business value, and ensuring effective risk management.

Salary/Compensations

  • $103,500.00 - $150,100.00 annualized salary
