About the Role
Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff while serving as one of the first points of contact for prospective and existing clients. Ensure office efficiency and exceptional client service through professionalism, communication, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and serve as a welcoming first point of contact
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Respond professionally to client inquiries by phone, email, and text
- Schedule consultations, appointments, and meetings
- Process client payments
- Scanning, copying, and filing
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Add and update client information in case management system
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish OR French
- Prior experience working for a law firm or not-for-profit that handles immigration matters is a plus
