About the Role
This role manages complex procurements, projects, and processes, often involving multiple government procurements for various government programs. It requires explaining and achieving cooperation on policies and procedures with internal and external customers, and providing guidance to other employees. The position involves applying supply chain/procurement principles and theories with general oversight.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute subcontract strategies aligned with program and organizational objectives, managing risks and ensuring compliance.
- Lead negotiations to establish subcontract agreements with favorable terms and conditions, managing contracts throughout their lifecycle.
- Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance using defined metrics, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality, and cost requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure subcontract requirements support program needs.
- Identify potential risks associated with subcontracting activities and implement mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant subcontracts experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related subcontracts experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of prior related subcontracts experience in lieu of a degree.

- California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas: $79,500.00 - $147,500.00
- Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Virginia, and Vermont: $91,500.00 - $170,500.00
