New York Pilates is seeking an exceptional Hiring & Recruiting leader to build the teams that will shape the future of our company. This role is for a recruiter first, focused on finding incredible people, building talent pipelines, and scaling the company through exceptional hiring.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit exceptional talent.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies.
• Improve hiring and onboarding processes.
• Partner with leaders to build high-performing teams.
• Utilize hiring metrics and feedback to enhance recruiting and onboarding.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume or multi-location business.

Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience with a primary focus on recruiting.
• Proven success in leading full-cycle recruiting within a high-volume or multi-location business.
• Demonstrated track record of hiring top performers.
• Established professional recruiting network.
• Experience in improving hiring systems using data, feedback, and measurable results.
• Excitement for building and scaling a growing company.
• Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail is a strong plus.
