About the Role

This is an on-call, hourly, as-needed role that ensures the safety, enjoyment, and satisfaction of clients and their guests during PRA programs. The position involves client interaction, event supervision, logistical coordination, and the execution of activities according to program specifications, the Schedule of Services, and PRA policies and procedures. This role does not require commuting to an office but does require working events and programs in person.

Responsibilities

  • Observes PRA policies and procedures at all times on a program.
  • Maintains field staff uniform in crisp and professional condition.
  • Answers guest questions and inquiries with a sense of importance and urgency.
  • Follows directions from Event Producer, Director of Event Production, Lead Staff, or Event Production Coordinator.
  • Completes any program-related paperwork in a timely manner (timesheets, expense reports, incident reports etc.).
  • Assists with pre-program planning including routing, signage, and organization of Hospitality Desk.
  • Reviews Schedule of Services and contacts the listed person to confirm receipt.
  • Advises Event Production lead of any issues/situations that may have occurred during program operations.
  • Reports for work as assigned.
  • Is courteous and respectful with guests, clients, co-workers, and supplier partners.
  • Assists with other jobs when asked.

Requirements

  • Must be currently based in the Northeast.
  • Must be willing to work onsite.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours; weekends, evenings, holidays, days.
  • Must be able to travel to venue locations as needed.
  • Must be able to work within deadline constraints and set priorities.
  • Must be able to solve problems quickly and discreetly.
  • Must be highly organized.
  • Must have a current, valid driver's license for the state in which the employee performs his or her driving duties.
  • Must possess a professional manner and appearance when representing PRA with clients, guests, supplier-partners, and/or the community.

  • Hospitality experience helpful.

Salary/Compensations

  • $25-$50 per hour depending on market, skill level, and languages spoken.
