About the Role

The Regional Account Director is responsible for developing and nurturing key HH Global clients, strengthening client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring solutions are delivered on time and against business targets. This role involves strategic and operational management of accounts across the region, focusing on vision, strategic direction, and balancing daily support with long-term strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver HH Global’s regional account strategy for the client.
  • Develop strong relationships with senior key stakeholders across the client organization to increase and expand revenue by identifying opportunities and proposing solutions.
  • Ensure the contract is managed in line with contractual responsibilities.
  • Manage overall financial performance of the account, including risk analysis and remedy.
  • Lead operational delivery for the client across key categories, driving innovation and product development.
  • Provide regular MI reporting and account relationship plans.
  • Produce client communications documents for C-level consumption, such as strategic reports and QBRs.
  • Ensure activities comply with Company policies and procedures.
  • Shape the overall account structure, team, and resourcing for project ideation, sourcing, procurement, production, and execution.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Operate effective two-way communication with a regional team within a matrix management environment.
  • Build successful partnerships with client business leads and key decision makers.
  • Provide on-going strategic insights and revised solutions/recommendations based on market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive account growth.
  • Continuously refine and improve creative and production solutions.
  • Evaluate spend to maximize capabilities and drive value from both an economic and service level perspective.

Requirements

  • Exceptional client service management experience, including time spent working on client site(s).
  • Experience developing and maintaining client relationships across multiple vendors.
  • Strong negotiation and consensus building skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver account planning, client service plans, KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic account leadership.
  • Ability to analyze complex operational, financial, spend, and product data and present findings confidently.
  • Develop strategies underpinned by high-quality data.
  • Extensive people management and team leadership experience, including performance management, coaching, training, and career planning.
  • Proven track record of operational management for client services departments.
  • P+L / budget management and account financial reporting experience.
  • Entrepreneurial minded with an innovative and creative mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) with clarity of expression.
  • Ability to present to and influence various stakeholder groups at all levels of seniority.
  • Experience in Retail Print and Point of Sale Materials, Branded Merchandise, Gifting, Brand Refresh tools, and wider Marketing Activation assets is warmly received.
