Responsibilities
- Work with patients and hospital staff to manage MyChart release requests and submit necessary documentation
- Work with hospitals, clinics, facilities, and the clinical team to manage requests for services from members and/or providers
- Provide assistance with work queues, including billing operations, MyChart-related tasks, and the maintenance of release task lists
- Prepare and scan incoming mail, email, and faxes into patient charts
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
- Ability to work full-time onsite at 4773 State HWY 28 Cooperstown, NY 13326
- Ability to work from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
