About the Role
Concentric is seeking a Residential Security Officer (SO) to join their Embedded team in Kensington, London. This role involves working day and night shifts on a Four On then Four Off rotation at a High Net Worth Residential property, requiring the SO to remain alert and respond to emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily duties to the highest professional standards.
- Maintain awareness of future planning requirements.
- React quickly and professionally to all emergencies and incidents.
- Ensure all client operations are managed/conducted in accordance with SOPs.
- Document and report any deviations from SOPs to the operations centre.
- Document all incidents and update GRC.
- Provide accurate and timely written reports for incidents.
- Assist with implementing changes at the premises as directed by the management team.
- Ensure SIA Licence remains up to date.
- Maintain the highest professional standards in performance and behaviour.
Requirements
- Must be able to legally work in the country without visa sponsorship.
- Must live within daily commuting distance of Kensington, London.
- 2 years plus security experience.
- SIA qualified.
- Minimum first aid at work qualification.
- Driving licence.
