About the Role
This role is responsible for desktop support, hardware and software management, network administration, Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory administration, system maintenance, and end-user support. The ideal candidate is a hands-on IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, improving infrastructure, and delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining secure and reliable IT operations.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and VLANs.
- Experience supporting Windows environments.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data security.
