About the Role
Jiffy Lube LLC. is looking for high-energy, reliable, customer-focused team players to join their team as a Service Technician. This role offers a chance to build a long-term career with no prior automotive experience required, as comprehensive training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
- Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
- Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records
- Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
- Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.)
- Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
- Participate in on-site and online training
- Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
- Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements

- Ability to stand for long periods; lift 50+ lbs.; bend, reach, crawl, climb
- Comfortable in enclosed or semi-outdoor workspaces
