  • Drive the prioritization and roadmap of platform capabilities — including customer account services, order lifecycle, content and product catalog, and personalization infrastructure
  • Translate customer needs into product requirements and ensure delivery of high-performance, resilient, and scalable systems
  • Leverage experimentation and data to define the success metrics for features and uncover trends and patterns

Requirements

  • Ability to make feature roadmap tradeoffs
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Experience with customer-facing technical products or online services
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • MBA or advanced technical degree
  • 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders
  • Experience in one or more of: Marketing Tech, Pricing, Sales Enablement, or AdTech
  • Experience building customer facing e-retail or B2B services/products
  • Experience delivering large-scale commerce platforms and order management systems
  • Experience with content management, personalization systems, or recommendation engines
  • Exposure to experimentation platforms and performance optimization
