About the Role
As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Spark, you’ll provide one-on-one speech therapy and collaborate with BCBAs and behavior therapists. Your role involves delivering customized services, engaging in co-treatment, writing and implementing treatment plans, and tracking progress using data-driven methods.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customized speech therapy services
- Engage in co-treatment opportunities with the interdisciplinary team
- Write and implement effective treatment plans
- Track progress through data-driven methods
Requirements
- Licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas
- 1-2 years working as an SLP with pediatric clients
- Supervision experience is a plus
- Feeding therapy experience is a bonus, though not required
