About the Role
Manages a diverse market to drive loan application volume and foster strong dealer partnerships, while ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. Leads training and development initiatives, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability. Serves as a key liaison between the organization and dealership partners to execute business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Conducts regular dealer visits to enhance engagement, ensure compliance, and deliver product and strategic performance insights.
- Analyzes and interprets dealer performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
- Provides detailed insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Provides in-depth training and coaching to dealership teams to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive and execute promotional programs, resolve complex dealer issues, and deliver solutions that address dealer needs.
- Leads recruitment of new dealers by developing recommendations and leading onboarding efforts.
- Serves as a mentor to junior sales team members and leads new hire training.
- Represents the company at dealer events, conferences, and industry meetings to strengthen brand presence and partnerships.
Requirements
- Strong ability to analyze data, draw valid conclusions, and suggest effective solutions using critical thinking skills and sound judgment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences and respond effectively.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service, including the ability to remain calm and courteous in challenging situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships and influence outcomes.
- Ability to travel regularly to meet with dealers and attend events, while maintaining a professional appearance to support a positive company image.
- Must have a current valid driver’s license, with no major incidences on driving record in the past 5 years.

Experience Level

- Three (3) plus years of successful sales experience, auto experience preferred

Salary/Compensations
- $71,100.00 - $95,550.00 annually
