Requirements

Must be licensed and admitted to practice in California.
Candidates must be team players with strong academic credentials.
Candidates must be self-starters.
Must have at least three (3) to eight (8) years of substantive litigation experience.
Experience must include taking depositions and/or arguing motions in court.
Experience in one or more of the following subject areas: CERCLA; RCRA; silica; talc & asbestos; nuisance & trespass; complex litigation; tort and products liability; general environmental and toxic tort.
