About the Role

Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. Use your communication skills and security experience to support a professional environment while working with a reliable, innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including public areas, employee workspaces, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
Monitor access points and observe activity to help identify and report unauthorized entry, suspicious behavior, and other security-related concerns.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
Document daily activities, incidents, and irregular conditions in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements.

Requirements

Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
