About the Role

Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
Monitor access activity and assist with visitor management in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment for occupants and guests.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and promptly notify appropriate personnel.
Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while following Allied Universal and site-specific security-related protocols.

Requirements

Possess a valid New York State Security Guard License.
Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
