About the Role
Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized provider in marketing, HR, legal compliance, and more.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a startup clinic.
- Have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
- Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
- Train and develop leadership and team development skills.
- Train and develop recruiting and interviewing skills.
- Train and develop clinic operations and financial management skills.
- Train and develop community outreach and referral growth skills.
- Train and develop building culture and retaining teammates skills.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Must be entrepreneurial and ready to build and lead a startup clinic.
- Must be willing to partner with a company that has successfully opened 400+ clinics nationwide.

- $100,000–$120,000 annually
- Eligible for a competitive annual Clinic Director bonus plan once your clinic launches
