About the Role

CACI is seeking an experienced Fusion Portal Architect and SME to support logistics operations across the Indo-Pacific. This role is responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and sustaining enterprise data portals that provide a unified operational environment for logistics, facilities, mission support, and operational information. The position leads the architecture and governance of secure collaboration platforms that enable data integration, operational awareness, and informed decision-making across distributed organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and sustainment of enterprise Fusion Portal capabilities.
  • Develop secure data integration solutions supporting logistics, operational, and mission support activities.
  • Integrate data from multiple Government and commercial systems into a unified operational environment.
  • Establish data architecture, governance, configuration management, and content management standards.
  • Coordinate with Government stakeholders to identify portal requirements and operational priorities.
  • Ensure portal availability, performance, security, and scalability across geographically dispersed locations.
  • Develop dashboards, data visualizations, and collaboration tools supporting operational decision-making.
  • Manage configuration control and change management activities for portal enhancements.
  • Oversee data quality, metadata management, document control, and information lifecycle processes.
  • Coordinate with cybersecurity, IT, and system administration teams to ensure compliance with security requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support testing, validation, system upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.
  • Lead technical troubleshooting and resolution of portal performance and integration issues.
  • Mentor technical personnel and promote best practices in enterprise data management and collaboration.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by incorporating emerging technologies and innovative data management solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience supporting enterprise data management, portal architecture, configuration management, information systems, or knowledge management.
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense, Joint, Combatant Command, or Special Operations organizations.
  • Experience designing, integrating, and managing enterprise collaboration platforms, data repositories, or operational information portals.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and brief senior Government and military leadership.
