About the Role

Northeast Family Services is seeking caring and experienced Home and Community based Therapists to join our growing New York team. Work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths, be their best selves, and realize their full potential. Provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat youth behavioral health needs using evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths.

Responsibilities

Provide services and care to patients in accordance with NFS’ policies.
Conduct in-person visits to clients' homes.
Manage one's own schedule with client outreach.

Requirements

Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required.
Clinical Licensure (LCSW or LMHC) and Limited Permit in the state of NY.
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred.
Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license with access to reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred.
Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus.
Access to secure internet required.

Salary/Compensations

$75,000 to $90,000 per year
Language Differential provided for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian and Hindi
$3,000 Stay-on Bonus after successful completion of the probationary period
$5,000 Stay-on Bonus for bilingual English / Spanish speakers
Premiums paid for Non-English language capacity
Premiums paid for Experience
