The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard-free environment.
Responsibilities
- Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner, including cleanup.
- Performs repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical.
- Cleans apartments during turnover process, as directed.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of basic building maintenance required either through training or experience.
- Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license and insurance).
Skills
- Take direction from the supervisor.
- Read, write, do basic math, and follow instructions.
- Flexible to change work plans.
- Maintain a professional personal appearance.

Salary/Compensations
- $24.00-26.00/hour DOE
