About the Role
The Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team acts as trusted advisors, delivering operational insights to senior leadership to aid strategic decision-making. This role supports the SVP – Finance Business Partners and Chief Financial Officer with monthly and ad hoc management reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support the Controller with monthly and quarterly financial and KPI reporting and analysis, including consolidation of Segmented and Business unit results.
- Produce, collaborate on, and present deep-dive analyses to drive operational insights and opportunities, with clear ‘so-what’ takeaways for senior leadership.
- Assist with external reporting requirements, including preparing and providing support for external disclosure materials and assisting with Investor Relations queries.
- Produce ad hoc financial models and competitive comparison analysis.
- Proactively seek opportunities for deselection, automation, and simplification.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders from all levels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive work experience in accounting and/or finance-related positions with increasing scope and responsibility.
- Completion of a professional accounting designation (CPA).
- Capable of real-time problem solving with strong time management, prioritization skills, and consistent technical accuracy across multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency with Google and/or MS Office Suite.
