About the Role
A LPN/LVN float contributes to AHF by providing hands-on care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. This role enhances the reputation of AHF by providing multifunctional quality patient care and collaborating as a team at assigned Healthcare Centers as directed by the Regional Nursing Director. The LPN/LVN float will work as part of a close-knit team to ensure adherence to protocols.
Responsibilities
- Providing hands-on care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians

- Providing patient education
- Ensuring accuracy in patient documentation
- Demonstrating competency in Nursing Procedures
- Providing leadership support as needed
