About the Role

Act as the accountable Electric Mind technical leader for a large-scale AI Enablement program. Own the adoption approach to Electric Mind’s AI-enablement delivery method and coach Client Tech Leads, QE Leads, and Architects to ensure consistent AI adoption practices across client teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of Electric Mind technical accountability across assigned pods, owning technical direction and decisions for AI-enabled delivery method adoption.
  • Own AI adoption for technical aspects of the Software Delivery Lifecycle, including AI-assisted engineering, code, and QE practices.
  • Coach Client Tech Leads, QE Leads, and Architects to foster adoption of AI enablement best practices.
  • Reinforce a review-based culture, ensuring strong and disciplined processes for solution design, code reviews, and QE plans.
  • Own the integration of the QE approach into the AI enabled lifecycle.
  • Own the approach to building technical artifacts for the solution’s AI knowledge-base, ensuring readiness, portability, and reusability.
  • Ensure AI-generated technical outputs respect engineering constraints, architecture, coding standards, and enterprise stack limits.
  • Ensure the right technical role owner is accountable for technical, QE, architecture, or tooling issues.
  • Surface AI Enablement patterns across assigned teams to facilitate program-wide resolution.
  • Escalate to the Engineering Lead when factors outside the role's remit impede AI Enablement practice adoption.

Requirements

  • Senior technical leadership experience, capable of being the single point of technical accountability across multiple teams.
  • Strong understanding of applying AI Enablement methods for technology delivery teams.
  • Strong software engineering and architecture literacy, with familiarity with technical standards and industry best practices.
  • Ability to own and drive a technical adoption approach for a new (AI enabled) engineering method.
  • Working knowledge of AI-assisted engineering, agentic development harnesses, model behaviour, common AI failure modes, and skills standards.
  • Ability to coach senior technical roles (Tech Leads, QE Leads, Architects).
  • Experience in disciplined code reviews and documentation review practices.
  • Ability to distinguish technical or architecture problems from process, requirements, or delivery-management problems.
  • Comfort using AI tools to complete job functions.
  • Familiarity with SpecDriven development solutions is a plus.
