About the Role

This Job Coach position supports people working in the community in competitive employment. They assist the person to maintain a job through on-site visits and other workplace supports. The Job Coach learns the job duties of the person they are supporting and then they assist them to build proficiency over time.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours is required.
  • A valid NYS driver's license that meets Agency standards is required.
