About the Role

As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead frontline teams across a portfolio of client sites, build strong client relationships, and ensure consistent service delivery. This field-based role involves diverse daily activities including client meetings, employee coaching, site inspections, and operational issue resolution, focusing on smooth operations and positive experiences for clients and employees.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of multiple client sites
  • Onboard, train, schedule, and support frontline employees
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and recognition
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and respond to service requests
  • Conduct regular quality inspections and site audits
  • Monitor staffing levels, schedules, labour hours, and budgets
  • Use systems such as Dayforce, OrangeQC, and other company technology to manage operations
  • Ensure all concerns are addressed quickly and work proactively to prevent issues
  • Report facility maintenance concerns and follow through to ensure repairs are completed
  • Manage supply inventory and equipment while ensuring sites remain within budget
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and applicable legislation
  • Work closely with People & Culture, Health & Safety, Service, and Maintenance teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams in a multi-site operational environment
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial cleaning, facilities services, hospitality, or a similar service-focused industry
  • A passion for coaching others and creating an engaged, accountable, and high-performing team culture
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Confidence using technology such as Dayforce, OrangeQC, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • A valid driver's licence, clean driving abstract
  • Flexibility to travel throughout your assigned territory
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
