As a Real Estate Advisory Analyst at Baker Tilly (BT), you will be a value architect delivering transaction advisory services to clients within the real estate industry. Responsibilities
- Performing in-depth market and financial research regarding real estate transactions, supply, demand, pricing, and investment parameters
- Assist with valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private real estate entities within various industries using accepted and relevant approaches and theory
- Assist in preparing and presenting the results of our analysis in a clear and concise manner
- Gain hands-on experience within the real-estate advisory industry
- Experience, through on-the-job training and real, meaningful work engagements, how your academic experience translates to the professional environment
- Learn directly from experienced Staff, Seniors, Managers and Partners with specialized experience and technical knowledge within the real estate industry
- Learn and grow from direct on-the-job coaching and mentoring along with participating in firm wide learning and development programs
- Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients
- Build friendships and strong work relationships while gaining valuable experience
Requirements
- Reside within a commutable distance of a Baker Tilly office and be willing to work on-site on a regular basis
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now and in the future
- Must be a current Summer 2026 Baker Tilly Intern
