About the Role

As the Evening Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for prospects and residents, taking ownership of creating stellar first impressions and building positive relationships. Your role involves personalizing interactions, knowing customer preferences, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Solve problems and provide timely assistance to residents and prospects with care.
• Plan and execute events and activities that engage residents and foster a sense of community.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring a consistently positive experience and a meticulously cared for community.
• Generate awareness, interest, and excitement via social media.
• Encourage satisfied customers to share reviews on social networking sites.
• Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators.
• Work weekends or evenings depending on the shift.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A sharp professional appearance.
• Competent with various software, apps, and computer programs.
• An eye for detail and a knack for anticipating customer needs.
• A customer-focused mentality.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
