About the Role
Support the planning and execution of demand generation programs, coordinate logistics for customer events and webinars, and implement segment-specific marketing initiatives. Execute hyper-targeted ABM campaigns and coordinate CXO engagement events to accelerate pipeline velocity. Serve as a liaison across internal hubs and manage external vendor relationships, tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of demand generation programs (BANT qualified programs, webinars, and virtual summits).
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for customer events, webinars, and virtual events to actively engage target customers.
- Implement segment-specific marketing initiatives tailored to unique account requirements, customer personas, and regional market nuances.
- Partner with sales and data/analytics teams to identify high-potential strategic accounts.
- Execute hyper-targeted ABM campaigns for top-tier accounts, aligning personalized messaging, content, and unique offers with defined sales objectives.
- Deploy multi-channel ABM content (email, digital, webinars, and events) designed to address specific account-level pain points, historically driving deal size uplift.
- Collaborate with regional sales leadership to coordinate high-impact CXO engagement events that foster meaningful executive conversations and accelerate pipeline velocity.
- Contribute to high-touch thought leadership initiatives that build sustained, long-term CXO relationships across key segments.
- Serve as the regional liaison across internal hubs, including the NAM campaign hub, global media, data/insights, ABM, and tracking teams.
- Manage external vendor relationships to ensure seamless, high-quality event and program execution.
- Track, measure, and pull data-driven reports on ABM and marketing mix performance to evaluate and optimize campaign ROI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in field, channel, demand generation, or campaign marketing (preferably within the cybersecurity or technology industries).
- Proven track record of executing quarterly demand generation plans, managing event logistics (virtual and in-person), and running trade shows.
- Hands-on experience with marketing technology and CRM platforms, specifically SFDC, Marketo, ON24, and Zoom.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset capable of translating campaign metrics into actionable insights.
- Highly organized self-starter capable of managing competing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
