About the Role
VML Health is seeking an Associate Medical Director to provide strategic insight and medical direction across client projects. This role requires translating complex science into compelling, accurate medical education materials, combining scientific expertise with creative thinking.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic and scientifically accurate materials
- Write and review medical communications content
- Conduct literature searches and data analysis
- Manage submission processes for medical/legal/regulatory review
- Partner with account teams on project execution
- Build relationships with KOLs
- Support client meetings and presentations
- Guide scientific associates and junior team members
- Ensure quality control of deliverables
- Maintain reference databases and secure permissions
- Contribute to strategic planning

Requirements
- 1-2 years agency or pharmaceutical industry experience
- Strong scientific writing capabilities
