About the Role
As a Customer Service Rep at a Payment Center, you will be the liaison between the Company and the customer.
Responsibilities
- Process customer monthly payments.
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
- Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing any customers, as needed.
- Connect very quickly; build and leverage client relationships.
- Complete mail sorting tasks.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Sales or customer service experience.
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
- Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
- Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
